At Namu Home Studio, each piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and creativity. Because every item is made-to-order and created by hand, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Each piece is uniquely crafted, and small variations in color, wood grain, or texture are part of what makes your order one-of-a-kind.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check all details before placing your order — including size, color, personalization, and spelling (if applicable). Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at namuhomestudio@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution — such as a repair, replacement, or other reasonable option.
Shipping Issues
Once your order leaves our studio, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. Namu Home Studio is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. However, we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier if a problem arises.
